Here are the top 5 things things to look for when your stream is not available.
1. Has you IP address changed from the IP address that we have for your encoder? (When using a PULL configuration)
2. Have there been any changes to your router or firewall?
3. Is your encoding computer plugged in and running? Are you able to access the Internet from the encoding system?
4. Is your encoder receiving an audio signal from your mixer or other sound equipment?
5. Are your links/embed code correct?
