How to: Stream your live radio station online

 

What you need:
Streaming your radio station online using Flash is a very simple procedure  all you need is computer and a broadband internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 256k upload capacity, but streams can be completed using lower connection speeds.

 

Adobe Flash Media Encoder Minimum Requirements:

  • Intel®Pentium®3 (or compatible) 933MHz or faster processor 
  • 256MB of RAM (1GB recommended)

 

Step 1  Download and install Adobe Flash Media Encoder:

Step 2  Connect your audio input to your Line-In on the back of your computer. (Blue)


 

Step 3  Open Adobe Flash Media Encoder and select your devices and bitrates, your FMS URL and stream can be located by selecting your live service at https://login.netromedia.com

 

Step 4  Once you have selected your bitrates and entered your FMS URL and stream simply press start. You should now be broadcasting your station live.  Embed code to embed your station into your website can be found on your service information page at https://login.netromedia.com
