FTP problems... 1. client is unable to connect to FTP site. (no login screen appears) 1s. This is typically caused by a broken link. Sometimes when the email is sent out the link itself can be broken, so simply clicking the link from the email will not work. The best method to avoid this is by copying the link from the email and pasteing it in the the address bar. 1s. Another thing that will cause this is when entering the FTP address you leave out the ftp:// portion of the address. Again for this i suggest using the copy/paste method. 2. You are able to login in but get an error during the upload phase. 2s. There are many different things that may cause this, either you have used up all your storage space or there is a conflict in the rules set to the account. in this case i would suggest contacting us so we can look into it further (please write down the error message so we know exactly what happened). 3. When using an FTP program it will log you in without asking for a username and password. 3s. this is typically cause by saved login information from a previous FTP operation. If this happens to you i would try clearing all the settings in your FTP client and set all back to defaults. 3s. If you have set all back to default settings and are still having the same issue, try uninstalling your program then reinstall it. If after doing that you still cannot get in i would suggest trying a different FTP program or access it through your internet browser. On-Demand PP Issue's... 1. You have uploaded your files and have placed the link from the email on your website but when you click the link you get nothing back but a server buisy message. 1s. The reason you are getting this message is because you left out the filename you wish to use. When placing the link for your file on your website you have to supply the filename plus the file extention, if this is not set into the link the browser will not know which file to play off of our server.
