Leftover Salmon’s original "poly-ethnic cajun slamgrass" musical style is a combination of bluegrass, rock, country, blues, jazz, and zydeco. Fans of bluegrass and jam band music can now enjoy the truly unique vibe achieved during these nights, together with the onstage antics of Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt, original songs, tight rhythms, extraordinary solos, and many guest artists appearing throughout the two performances.

Both shows were streamed live to subscribers worldwide through Netromedia’s Content Delivery Network (CDN) in 3 highly-compressed streams – to support various internet connection speeds while offering the highest quality available to fans.

High Definition Video Productions, LLC, producer David Korbitz, his partners, and a highly skilled crew, with four high-definition cameras, provided the live video streaming and HD video recording for the eventual authoring/mastering of these shows on Blu-ray Disc and DVD.
